Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) – Senior Living Residences, Nashoba Park, Ayer, Massachusetts

• Rates start at $34 per hour.

Full Time:
Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM (every other weekend)

• Assist the Resident Care Director with managing, directing, and developing a comprehensive care program for all residents.
• Assist with training and managing CNAs.
• Serve as liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and care providers.

• Certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid MA license.
• 1+ years experience working with elderly and/or Alzheimer’s populations.
• Physical stamina to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents (with or without assistance).
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians.
• Punctuality and reliability.
