Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) – Senior Living Residences, Nashoba Park, Ayer, Massachusetts

Pay & Benefits- Rates start at $34 per hour.

Full Time:
Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM (every other weekend)
- Assist the Resident Care Director with managing, directing, and developing a comprehensive care program for all residents.
- Assist with training and managing CNAs.
- Serve as liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and care providers.
- Certified as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid MA license.
- 1+ years experience working with elderly and/or Alzheimer’s populations.
- Physical stamina to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents (with or without assistance).
- Strong communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and physicians.
- Punctuality and reliability.
