Job Summary
We are looking for an Insurance Account Representative to join a full‑service insurance company in Ayer, MA. This role assists clients with selecting, purchasing, and managing personal insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage and protection.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including homeowners, auto, renters, and umbrella policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and processing policy changes.
• Review client accounts at renewal time and proactively remarket accounts to find the best coverage options and pricing.
• Work with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms and conditions.
• Educate clients on insurance coverage options and assist in selecting appropriate products based on their needs.
• Handle claims reporting and follow up on the resolution process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
• Meet or exceed sales and retention goals set by the agency.

Must Have:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Active state insurance license in personal lines or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
