• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
• Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

• Current CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings (preferred).
• Heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Lexington, Billerica, Carlisle, Woburn, Weston, Hanscom AFB, Jamaica Plain, Ayer.

Full-time, Part-time, Per diem.

Competitive pay ranges up to $21.00/hr depending on shift and assignment.
