We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join Applebury Behavior Associates. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This part‑time position is for the afternoon shift and reports to clinicians and managers.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data on observable client behavior.
• Implement treatment goals and objectives.
• Provide direct services alongside a team.
• Collaborate with clinicians to provide effective client services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data and records.
• Regularly maintain client confidentiality.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified Registered Behavioral Technician is preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Comfortable working with medical documentation and records.
