We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all office operations and ensuring that the center runs smoothly. The Office Manager will work closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to support organizational goals, uphold compliance standards, and promote operational excellence. This is a critical role that requires strong organizational and management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee overall facilities management in the clinic.
- Develop and maintain the center schedule for behavior therapists.
- Coordinate shift coverage and manage schedule changes.
- Organize office activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain supply orders for facility and client needs while managing office supply inventory.
- Handle general reception tasks at the front desk.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations, including weekly operational reports for the Director(s).
- Maintain accurate and organized files, both physical and digital.
- Provide general support to the behavioral therapy team.
- Assist in the hiring process and onboarding of new employees for the clinic.
- Facilitate employee training and orientation for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in office management. Experience in medical or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Familiar with records management systems and various administrative support functions.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
