Key Responsibilities Managing a varied portfolio of business services clients Reviewing accounts, VAT returns, and management accounts Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing proactive advice Leading, mentoring, and developing junior staff Supporting partners with workflow management and practice growth Requirements ACA / ACCA qualified At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of accounts and business services Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
