Richmond A skilled Estimator is required to produce accurate cost estimates for structural steelwork and subcontracted works. This role involves evaluating project expenses, preparing budgets, and ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Determine material, labour, and equipment costs. Review and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes. Input data into estimating software. Ensure projects are financially viable and competitive. Work closely with technical teams. Communicate with clients, consultants, and quantity surveyors. Manage and coordinate tender enquiries. Prepare and oversee tender documentation and correspondence. Gather and share project feedback. Attend meetings with prospective clients across the UK when necessary.

Skills & Experience Required:

Strong numerical skills and proficiency in IT. Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines. What's on
