Gi Group are recruiting Car Compound Drivers to join a busy automotive logistics site in Avonmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about vehicles and looking for a hands‑on, long‑term role within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

Safely move vehicles around the compound and between on‑site locations
Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after movements
Park vehicles correctly, accurately, and efficiently
Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Follow site safety procedures and maintain professional standards Requirements

Full UK manual driving licence (Category

B) with up to 6 points
Confident driving a wide range of vehicles including manual and automatic
Good attention to detail with a responsible, safety‑focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and professional
