We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join a well-established UK business within the construction and building products sector.

This role offers a mix of office-based sales and field/site visits, focused on developing B2B relationships, winning new business, and providing technical sales support to customers.

The Role

* Proactively developing new B2B business opportunities

* Managing and growing existing customer accounts

* Conducting site visits, surveys, and client meetings

* Providing technical product advice and solutions

* Preparing quotations and negotiating commercial terms

* Working closely with internal teams to deliver projects smoothly

* Maintaining accurate CRM and sales records

About You

* Proven B2B sales experience (essential)

* Background in construction, technical sales, or building products (preferred)

* Confident in a business development / new business-focused role

* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

* Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven

* Full UK driving licence (essential due to location and site travel)
