As an Internet Sales Manager at our dealership, you’ll be responsible for managing Internet sales activities. From generating and managing Internet sales leads, you’ll be instrumental in helping our team continue our success.
Join Our Team!Responsibilities:
- Contact customers and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.
- Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
- Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.
- Work with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, discount, and financing or lease terms.
- Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory.
- Complete all paperwork and arrange delivery and registration of vehicle.
- Deliver and familiarize the customer with vehicle.
- Attend required training and department meetings.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- One year of related Internet sales management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of automotive Internet sales experience.
- Sales skills, great communication, and excellent customer service skills.
- Organization and thorough follow-up skills necessary for staying in touch with clients prior to and after the sale.
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Mathematical skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
