Produce Clerk at Sprouts Farmers Market – Avondale, AZ

Collaborate with a team to deliver the finest produce presentation, teach customers daily the benefits of fresh produce, and provide extraordinary customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Stock the Produce department (present product, facing, filling, and organization).
• Prepare, trim, water, and merchandise produce to ensure high quality.
• Maintain inventory control, rotating merchandise and ensuring accurate tag and pricing.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Perform tasks required for the role while adhering to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Stand, walk, bend, climb, lift, and maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lb.; walk up to 5 miles in an 8‑hour shift.
• Handle other related duties as assigned.
• Team Members under the age of 18 are restricted from using knives (other than safety cutters), ladders, garbage or cardboard compactor, any motor/electronically powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks), and working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods.

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Positive attitude and strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and participate in a team environment.
• Capable of performing repetitive activities, multitasking, and staying organized.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lb., plus maneuver a utility cart with up to 20 lb. of force.
• Ability to walk up to 5 miles in an 8‑hour shift.
• Adherence to safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Willingness to perform related duties as assigned.
