Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and point‑of‑sale systems.
  • Leverage digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs; track and monitor returns and special orders.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain accurate inventory and audit safety and compliance standards.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues and concerns.
  • Model brand advocacy, deliver high‑quality service, develop, influence, and inspire others to be team‑oriented.
  • Apply company policies, standards of ethics, and integrity; implement action plans under the Open Door Policy.
  • Communicate with impact, energy, and positivity; motivate and influence team members.
  • Support Walmart’s regenerative company goal by making a positive impact for associates, customers, members, and the world.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
  • 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Auto service industry, retail experience.
