• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Make your store a success by leading daily operations and ensuring standards are met.
• Participate in an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training prior to or during your role.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels. Applicants should have effective verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and resolve conflicts.
