Silver Birch of Avondale is seeking Servers to join our Culinary Team. You will provide an exceptional dining experience for our residents, offering the comfort of a home‑cooked meal with the experience of a sit‑down restaurant.

• Assist with seating residents and guests, present the menu, make suggestions, and answer questions about food and beverages
• Take orders and serve meals, desserts, and beverages
• Clean, stock, and prepare the dining room for service
• Prepare dishes for the dish machine, load, run, and unload the dish machine
• Maintain kitchen/dining room sanitation
• Provide exceptional customer service

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of food safety
• Exceptional customer service skills
