7 at Avondale is currently seeking a Chef to join the team on a full-time basis, located on the grounds of Avondale University in Cooranbong.
What will you do?Work with the head chef and other chefs to plan and organise the food preparation, manage staff, and ensure safety, hygiene and quality standards!
- Knowledge of food-related health and safety standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with these in kitchen operations.
- Diploma or higher qualifications of a chef
- Excellent experience as a chef
- Ability to work a seven-day roster as well as split shifts and reasonable overtime as required
