Our Avondale hospital serves the communities of Avondale, Litchfield Park, Tolleson, and Buckeye. It is the only 24-hour emergency animal hospital in the Southwest region of the Phoenix metro area. The 7,000-square-foot facility opened in 2009 and houses advanced technology and equipment, including a Snyder oxygen kennel, two ultrasound machines, surgical suites, and a complete in-house laboratory with a NOVA blood gas analyzer.

Blue Pearl Avondale offers a variety of services, including 24/7 emergency medicine, advanced diagnostics and therapeutics, critical care, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, nutritional support, and surgery. We also partner with a dermatology group two days a week.

The Phoenix metro area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with access to desert landscapes, national parks, and a variety of outdoor activities. Hiking, biking, and exploring are popular, and the region offers a vibrant cultural scene, festivals, dining, and more.

Compensation – Average Base + Production Range: $160,000-$220,000. Plus, a Sign-On Bonus of up to $100,000. Production is paid quarterly with no negative accrual.
