Registered NurseThe Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her manager and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.
Job SummaryThe RN provides comprehensive nursing care in a dynamic behavioral health environment, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and patient safety. The RN collaborates with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Skills / Requirements- Required:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing. - 1–3 years of health‑care experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
- Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license‑eligible within 90 days.
