** What You'll Do*
* - Provide safe, trauma-informed nursing care across behavioral health and detox units

- Perform assessments, support crisis stabilization, and contribute to individualized care plans

- Collaborate with providers, therapists, and peer support teams

- Accurately document patient care and clinical progress

- Educate patients and connect them with recovery and community resources

** What We're Looking For*
* - Active Arizona RN license or Compact eligibility

- Ability to commit to a fixed day or night schedule

- Interest or experience in behavioral health, crisis care, or detox

- Open to both experienced RNs and motivated new graduates

** Pay & Differentials*
* Base Pay: $42-$52/hour (DOE)

- Weeknight differential: +10%

- Weekend day differential: +15%

- Weekend night differential: +30%
