Brighter View Life Enrichment Center (BVLEC) is seeking a highly organized and mission-driven Program Manager to oversee daily operations and service delivery across BVLEC’s Day Training, Supported Employment, and Vocational Rehabilitation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program management within Arizona’s DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) systems and Vocational Rehabilitation (AZRSA) contracts, with proven ability to manage compliance, staff performance, and participant outcomes.
This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring program excellence, state compliance, and organizational growth through effective systems management, reporting, and team development.
Key Responsibilities Program Oversight & Management- Manage and oversee BVLEC’s DDD and Voc Rehab programs, including Day Training, Employment Services (GSE/ISE), and Community-Based Supports.
- Ensure compliance with all DES/DDD, AHCCCS, and Voc Rehab regulations, billing procedures, and service delivery standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, authorizations, attendance, and progress reports in compliance with DDD and RSA requirements.
- Coordinate participant intakes, assessments, and service plans (ISPs, IRPs, etc.) in collaboration with the Program Coordinator and job coaches.
- Supervise program staff including coordinators, direct support professionals, and job coaches.
- Lead weekly staff meetings, track performance goals, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to ensure staff success.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, One Drive, Planner) for internal communication, scheduling, and data tracking.
- Monitor service utilization, attendance, and billing reports for accuracy and timeliness.
- Support digital transformation and system integration across Microsoft platforms and DDD/Voc Rehab systems (Focus, VTrack, Office Ally, etc.).
- Cultivate partnerships with local employers, schools, and agencies to expand employment opportunities and community access for program participants.
- Support outreach, open houses, and community engagement initiatives in collaboration with BVLEC’s leadership team.
- Assist in program evaluation, grant reporting, and strategic planning for service expansion.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of program management experience in DDD, AHCCCS, or Vocational Rehabilitation settings.
- Strong understanding of Arizona’s DDD service codes, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem (Teams, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Preferred:
- CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Experience supervising multi-site or multi-program service teams.
- Familiarity with Focus, VTrack, or Office Ally platforms.

- Salary:
Commensurate with experience ($55,000 – $70,000 annually) - Benefits:
