As a Housekeeper at Legacy House of Avondale, you're an integral part of the cleaning team that keeps our senior living community looking and feeling great. Your duties include performing general housekeeping in resident apartments and public areas, ensuring that things are clean, safe, and welcoming for all who call us home. You work closely with our housekeeping supervisor, completing assigned tasks in the order of priority and ensuring that all housekeeping supplies and equipment are properly maintained.

With a focus on positive resident relations, you respond to requests in a timely and professional manner, while always maintaining residents' personal and property rights and maintaining confidentiality. Above all, you adhere to all infection control, safety, and loss prevention procedures, and ensure that Western States Senior & Retirement Communities standards are met at all times. It's a busy job, and you love getting into the groove and cleaning away!

• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees, residents, and families
• Ability to provide housekeeping services in a senior housing environment that meet or exceed Western States Senior Retirement Communities & service standards
• Willingness to work with the elderly
• Ability to lift 30 pounds, walk, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy objects or furniture such as carts
