** Key Responsibilities*
* + Provide high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health nursing care in crisis and inpatient settings.
+ Facilitate crisis stabilization and detox support on the Crisis Unit.
+ Conduct detailed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
+ Support inpatient treatment and coordinate continuity of care midweek.
+ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes.
+ Chart all assessments, interventions, and progress in the EMR.
+ Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients.
** Requirements*
* + Active
** RN license
** in Arizona or Compact state (required)
+
** BLS certification** (required)
+ Experience in crisis and inpatient behavioral health (required)
+ Ability to work one of the fixed 3×12 schedules (days or nights)
+ Strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills
+ Open to experienced RNs and new graduates passionate about behavioral health
