ATE was founded in 2019 to provide technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry that struggles to stay current with rapidly changing vehicle technology. We employ technicians across the country and continue to grow by adding team members who strive to be the best, commit to customer care, and train for career advancement.

• Learn the industry standard of the manufacturer’s original specifications with high quality controls
• Hands‑on training with experienced Field Technicians who guide you to become a stand‑alone technician
• Learn basics of:
  • Diagnostics
  • Calibrations/programming
  • Scanning
  • Wire/Connector repair

• High School diploma or GED
• Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support
• Strong technological skills, including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities

Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $18.00/Hr.

Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $21.00/Hr.
