We are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist focused on Algo Communications products and solutions.
Job SummaryDrive the sales strategy for Algo solutions and communicate key value proposition points to Jenne’s existing and new resellers, inside & outside sales teams.
Duties/Responsibilities- Prospect and identify new Algo reseller partners.
- Enable and train new and current reseller partners.
- Understand product road maps & communicate key elements.
- Understand go‑to‑market strategies, category trending and competitive information.
- Responsible for a minimum of 100 business development calls per week.
- Track and report activity and KPIs utilizing CRM and other tools.
- Serve as the main point of contact on Algo products and solutions.
- Provide expert knowledge and support for Jenne sales teams and resellers.
- Engage with key resellers using video conferencing, audio conferencing, and trade shows.
- Establish relationships and regular engagement with Algo sales teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/sales, or 2+ years of relevant product management, sales, or business development experience.
- Product background knowledge of telephony, networking, and unified communications a plus.
- Must be highly motivated and possess a personal commitment to the success of the sales organization and goals.
- MS Office – 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PC fluency required.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time.
- Employee must be physically in attendance at the designated workstation at the headquarters or home office location during normal business hours.
