Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Avon, OH

Schedule: 7 pm – 7 am

Compensation: $36 – $48.44 per hour + $2 per hour for nights + $3 per hour for weekends

Sign‑On Bonus: $12,500

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Document timely and accurately using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS required at hire.

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program.
• Clinical experience.
• Post‑offer employment testing (POETs) completed before the first day of work.
