AboutThe Role
The Labor Technician position is critical to the effective and efficient operation of the Plant. The Labor Technician associate’s main responsibility is to streamline the receipt and distribution of waste materials and other received products. The Warehouse Labor technician will also assist other plant personnel in performing their job duties.
Position Responsibilities- Processes inbound material for treatment facility
- Pumps and consolidate drums
- Pumps or load tankers
- Scans material and utilizes Enviroware
- Operates processing equipment such tow motor
- Receive shipments and unload trucks
- Housekeeping: maintain a neat and clean working environment
- Enter confined spaces as required and in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
- Comply with OSHA Health and Safety Rules
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Abide by Respirator Fit policy.
- Be able to pass a HAZWOPER training class
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
- One plus years tow motor experience, preferred
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb
- Ability to lift/carry 50lbs
- Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces
- Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
- Consistently work in various weather conditions
- Be able to pass a Respirator Fit Test (RFT)/Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)

Pay TransparencyReworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages. The range below reflects Reworld’s reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable).
Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.
The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $39,200.00 – $52,100.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2080.
