** Custom Culinary, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods, is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to drive a culture of maintenance excellence within the production facility. This role focuses on reducing maintenance-related losses, including breakdowns, maintenance costs, and lost productivity, through preventive maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement practices.

* ** your responsibilities will include:
*** Supervise maintenance personnel and set priorities for maintenance schedules.
* Develop and manage maintenance procedures for production lines in a food manufacturing environment.
* Maintain facility and manufacturing assets, including inventory, purchasing, and invoice approvals.
* Lead, train, and develop maintenance staff; set clear performance expectations and accountability.

*** High School diploma or GED with 10+ years of experience OR bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
* 5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of maintenance disciplines including PLCs and mechanical systems.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
* Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* willingness to work onsite and on Weekends.
* Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

*** Food or beverage manufacturing experience.
* TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma experience.
