The Account Manager serves as the primary point of customer contact, responsible for managing customer orders for both new and repeat business, and for ensuring timely delivery of quality product.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for various customer inquiries, including new business, repeat business, order status, delivery performance, quality performance, etc.
• Evaluate customer orders for the company's ability to fulfill contractual obligations such as quantity, price, lead time and terms and conditions.
• Provide performance data to management.
• Collaborate with purchasing department to source applicable customer requirements.
• Collaborate with sales department to quote new business and launch newly awarded business.
• Successfully communicate with all departments regarding client orders and supply needs.

• 2-5 years of related experience and training.
• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• High ethical standard of integrity, trust, honesty, and respect.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.
• Practices risk-based thinking in decision making.
• Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
• The ideal candidate must pass a background check, drug screening and have reliable & acceptable references.
