Whowe are looking for
The Account Manager serves as the primary point of customer contact, responsible for managing customer orders for both new and repeat business, and for ensuring timely delivery of quality product.
What you will get to do- Serve as the primary point of contact for various customer inquiries, including new business, repeat business, order status, delivery performance, quality performance, etc.
- Evaluate customer orders for the company's ability to fulfill contractual obligations such as quantity, price, lead time and terms and conditions.
- Provide performance data to management.
- Collaborate with purchasing department to source applicable customer requirements.
- Collaborate with sales department to quote new business and launch newly awarded business.
- Successfully communicate with all departments regarding client orders and supply needs.
- 2-5 years of related experience and training.
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- High ethical standard of integrity, trust, honesty, and respect.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.
- Practices risk-based thinking in decision making.
- Effectively communicates and understands job instructions both verbally and written in the English language.
- The ideal candidate must pass a background check, drug screening and have reliable & acceptable references.
