Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy variety in your work? Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs? Surface Experts Technician might be the job for you! We are seeking to add a team member that desires to learn and grow their skills into a long-term career in repair.

• Starting Pay range of $18 to $22 per hour and monthly performance-based bonuses
• Pay raise following paid training completion
• Direct 90-day track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available)
• Paid holidays and paid time off after 90 days
• Wellness stipend provided after 90 days
• Tools and company vehicle provided

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Candidates that possess experience painting with HVLP spray equipment will be given preference
• Ability and desire to work 40 hours a week
• Candidates must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check
• Clean driving record a must

• Within 24 hours: A live team member will respond to all applicants
• Selected applicants will be invited to a phone interview
• Applicants moving on after phone interview will be scheduled for an in-person interview
• Within 7-10 days:
  The hiring process is typically complete, and we celebrate your first day with a team lunch

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
