* Gordon Plumbing has openings for a Licensed Commercial Service Plumber! A Commercial Service Plumber installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing systems in commercial buildings such as offices, schools, hospitals, retail centers, manufacturing facilities, and multi-unit properties.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*
* * Install and repair commercial plumbing systems
* including water heaters, lift stations, domestic boilers, water supply lines, drainage systems, gas lines, and fixtures

* * Interpret blueprints and building plans
* to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements

* * Perform routine maintenance
* on commercial-grade equipment such as boilers, water heaters, lift stations, pumps, and backflow prev enters

* * Diagnose plumbing issues
* using testing equipment and industry techniques

* * Ensure compliance with building codes*, safety standards, and local regulations

* * Prepare cost estimates
* for labor, materials, and timelines

* * Maintain accurate service records
* and documentation for clients and internal teams

* REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* * Journeyman or Master Plumber license* (state‑specific requirements)

* * Minimum 3-5 years of Commercial Service Plumbing experience
*
* * Experience with commercial plumbing systems
* and large‑scale installations

* * Strong knowledge of plumbing codes
* and safety regulations

* * Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* and technical schematics

* * Proficiency with plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
*
* * Physical stamina
* for lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces

* * Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
*
* * Strong communication and teamwork abilities
*
* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* * Experience with lift stations and boiler diagnostics
*
* * Backflow certification
* * WORK ENVIRONMENT*:

* * Commercial Sites*, restaurants, hotels, apartments, industrial facilities, and medical buildings

* * Indoor and outdoor
