Registered Nurse – Outpatient – Primary Care – Riley Pediatrics West
Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our outpatient primary care team at Riley Pediatrics West. This role offers a competitive sign‑on bonus of up to $30,000 for both part‑time and full‑time positions. It is an excellent opportunity for new graduates and experienced RN’s to collaborate with leading medical professionals and contribute to high‑quality pediatric patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Utilize clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and collaboration skills to support patient health and wellness.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience; recent or upcoming college graduates may apply through the pipeline requisition.
- Pediatric primary care experience preferred.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required;
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Valid Indiana state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required; additional advanced life support certifications may be required depending on unit/department policies.
- Ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
- Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as an RN.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends, no holidays, and no on‑call duties. Work is located at IU Health West Hospital in Avon.
BenefitsCompetitive salary range, $71,100 – $97,800 per year. Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
