Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our outpatient primary care team at Riley Pediatrics West. This role offers a competitive sign‑on bonus of up to $30,000 for both part‑time and full‑time positions. • Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Utilize clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and collaboration skills to support patient health and wellness.

• Minimum of one year of RN experience; recent or upcoming college graduates may apply through the pipeline requisition.
• Pediatric primary care experience preferred.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Valid Indiana state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required; additional advanced life support certifications may be required depending on unit/department policies.
• Ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
• Awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as an RN.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends, no holidays, and no on‑call duties. Work is located at IU Health West Hospital in Avon.

Competitive salary range, $71,100 – $97,800 per year. Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
