ERP Analyst NetSuite

We are currently recruiting a Net Suite Administrator for a direct hire role located in the greater Indianapolis area. The work schedule will be primarily onsite, five days per week, with some scheduling flexibility.

We are seeking an experienced Net Suite Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize the ERP environment within a manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with accounting, operations, and other business units to ensure the ERP system effectively supports material planning, financial processes, and reporting needs. The position also provides light IT systems support related to user access and device connectivity.

• Administer, configure, and support Net Suite ERP, ensuring system stability and data integrity
• Collaborate with accounting, manufacturing, and operations teams to support material management, planning, and financial workflows
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access within Net Suite
• Develop and maintain reports and queries using SQL and Net Suite reporting tools
• Troubleshoot ERP‑related issues and coordinate with internal teams or vendors as needed
• Support integration points and system enhancements;
  Avante experience is a plus
• Provide basic Microsoft Active Directory support, including user account management
• Assist with printer and access‑related issues as they relate to system users

• Minimum of 2 years hands‑on Net Suite administration experience (required)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, with understanding of material management and planning
• Some accounting knowledge within Net Suite
• Experience working directly with business units and cross‑functional teams
• SQL experience for reporting and data analysis

• Experience with Avante
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory administration
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
