• Stock all self‑service areas with proper equipment and food items
• Maintain proper standards of sanitation and the physical appearance of the breakfast area
• Obtain food supplies from the food storeroom
• Comply with all food safety and quality assurance standards
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
• Complete prep work required for the next shift, break down the breakfast area, return all unused items to their appropriate places, and store food and perishables according to procedures to avoid spoiling and loss
• Clean chairs, tables, and floors after service

• A professional demeanor, a warm and welcoming personality, and the ability to engage easily and actively connect with others
• Must be genuinely caring, compassionate, and comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and at all organizational levels
• Speak with others using clear and professional language
• Previous bartender experience is a big plus
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

The Breakfast Attendant role requires standing for long periods of time, or entire shifts. Professional appearance and clean uniform. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination.

Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and steps.
