We are looking to hire AWESOME Mental Health Therapists for our Ellie Mental Health Clinic in Avon, IN! Ellie Mental Health is an exciting new mental health practice offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy via a hybrid of in person and telehealth. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing quality mental health care and who want to thrive and succeed in a unique culture that emphasizes our core values.

- Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans
- Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR
- A minimum of 30 scheduled client sessions per week, to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired)
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care
- Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach
- Community involvement and engagement
- Humor and a positive workplace attitude is valued
- Other important duties as needed
- Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field from an accredited college or university
- At least 1 year of experience and clinical licensure in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Experience with intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- General knowledge of community resources and insurance billing
- General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms
- Ability to pass a background check
