Indianapolis, IN | $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

Part‑time (full‑time, part‑time, or PRN available). Flexible scheduling: days, nights, and weekends.

Assist patients in performing daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor patient status and vital signs, report changes to the supervising clinician, maintain accurate electronic documentation, and follow individualized care plans.

• Active, unencumbered HHA license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component.
• TB skin test performed within the last 12 months.
• Preferred:
  Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience (not required).
• Reliable transportation.
