We are hiring a Lead Medical Assistant - Office Supervisor to support daily operations at a busy outpatient medical office. This is a lead-style role supporting both front and back office teams and is ideal for someone with MA or healthcare office experience who is looking to grow into operations and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure procedures are followed
  • Act as a resource for front and back office staff
  • Provide front or back office coverage as needed
Back Office (MA) Duties May Include:
  • Chart prep, rooming patients, vitals, medical history
  • X-rays, casting, wound care, sutures/staples (training provided)
  • Orders, prior authorizations, medical records, diabetic shoeing
Front Office Duties May Include:
  • Patient check-in/out, registration, insurance verification
  • Reviewing electronic faxes and updating patient charts
  • Collecting copays and assisting patients
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in a lead, supervisory, or leadership role
  • EMR experience (any system)
  • MA experience
  • Comfortable working both front and back office
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to take initiative
Preferred
  • MA certification or diploma
Schedule & Growth
  • Monday-Friday, some flexibility after training
