We are currently seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team for various construction projects in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting construction activities by performing a range of physical tasks on job sites.

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at the job site.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Help with digging trenches, pouring concrete, and other basic tasks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support skilled tradespeople and contractors as directed.

• At least 2 years of experience in general labor positions.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
