Overview

Responsibilities- Work with children aged 2-22 with autism and special needs in one of our centers.
- Apply evidence-based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children find success.
- Engage in play-based activities to support communication, socialization, and self-help skills.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 (on or before the first day of employment) and maintain eligibility to work in the United States.
- Maintain a consistent weekly schedule mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings, and comply with transportation requirements as needed.
- Pass a background check and complete required training to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, or related fields.
- Become eligible to earn RBT certification with experience.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED. - Transportation:
Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred. - Schedule:
Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule (M–F, mornings/afternoons/evenings). - Additional preferences:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or background in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, or related fields. - Experience:
Experience working with children (e.g., babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or other childcare roles) is favorable. - Physical/other:
Be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, run, and engage in activities that may involve lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Full-time employees may earn up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment.
- Part-time employees are eligible for sick leave.
- Starting pay is $17/hr and up with experience.
- Potential to earn RBT certification.
- Physical requirements vary by client assignment.
