Pilates Instructor

Founded in 2007, Club Pilates is the nation’s largest and fastest-growing Pilates franchise
, offering group Reformer-based Pilates classes for all fitness levels. Our studios provide a welcoming, inclusive environment where members can build strength, mobility, and confidence through safe, effective movement.

Club Pilates is seeking fully certified Pilates Instructors to lead group Reformer Pilates classes using the Club Pilates class format and levels. Ideal candidates are passionate about movement, thrive in a group fitness environment, and are committed to delivering a consistent, high-quality member experience.

• Instruct group Pilates classes using the Club Pilates Reformer-based system
• Deliver safe, effective workouts with proper cueing and modifications
• Maintain class flow, timing, and energy in accordance with brand standards
• Ensure proper use and care of studio equipment
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for members
• Build strong member relationships and encourage retention
• Uphold Club Pilates policies, procedures, and teaching standards

• Current Pilates Instructor Certification (minimum 450 hours from a nationally recognized program)
• Experience teaching group fitness or Pilates classes
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention
• Ability to cue, modify, and progress exercises for all fitness levels
• Professional, reliable, and punctual

• Reformer, Chair, Springboard, and/or TRX experience
• Previous Club Pilates training or familiarity with CP class formats
• CPR/AED certification
