Fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays for world-famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
.

• Represent Mondeléz to in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits following Mondeléz DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking photographs of displays.
• Maintain proper stock levels and presentation of Nabisco leading brands according to Mondeléz guidelines.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondeléz management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to provide efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales by enhancing seasonal displays and promoting new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondeléz in the store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Self‑motivated with a positive and professional attitude, capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations; mileage will be reimbursed.
• Proficient in downloading and using work-related applications on a personal device.
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Residence within 25 miles of the primary location:
  Avon, CT (secondary locations: Simsbury & Torrington).
• Flexible weekday availability with Sundays required.

Hourly compensation ranges from $16.35 to $17.00 based on relevant experience.
