Housekeeper - Temporary Part - Time Per Weeek

Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice and respite care. We are a 120 bed facility with a 30 bed post-acute/rehab unit. Our Facility has an excellent reputation in the community and we are looking for caring persons to provide leadership and drive the quality care we are known for to our residents.

$17.50/hour

• This is a part-time TEMPORARY position(estimated 12-14 weeks)
• 24 hours per week including every other weekend
• 7 am to - 3 pm
• May be asked to work in Laundry as well on occasion.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English to ensure effective communication and resident care, documentation, and safety purposes.

The housekeeping attendant would be responsible for cleaning all areas of their assigned wing, including resident rooms and bathrooms. A housekeeper may be requested to work in laundry on occasion. The laundry attendant would be responsible for sorting soiled linens, washing, drying and folding linen.
