Position
ESY - Pre-K Special Education Teacher (1/2 Day)
Qualifications- Proper Connecticut teacher certification in Special Education (065, 112, or 113) required.
- Extensive experience with developmentally disabled children and autism spectrum disorder preferred.
- Provide small and whole group instruction.
- Work collaboratively with related service provider.
- Progress monitor progress toward goals and objectives.
- Complete progress reports at the completion of ESY.
- Case management.
- Position will begin on July 1, 2026 and end July 23, 2026.
- Monday through Thursday of 8:30 am-12:30 pm.
- Salary in accordance with Agreement Between The Board of Education and the Avon Education Association $51.11/hr.
