Licensed Vacation Sales Executive – Westin Riverfront

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Licensed Vacation Sales Executive to serve and inspire owners and guests at the Westin Riverfront properties. The position is designed for a Sales Executive Trainee in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment.

Hourly Rate: $30.00 per hour.
Final date to receive applications: 01/30/2026.

Compensation: Base wage of $30.00 per hour plus production pay, resulting in an annual pay range of $82,900 – $423,000.

Typical Day:

  • Answer owner questions regarding property usage and amenities; make recommendations based on discovery information.
  • Follow up on referrals and leads from owners.
  • Handle owner or prospect requests for pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
  • Contact owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities such as reloads and referrals.
  • Maintain and update records on customer contacts to support effective follow‑up.

  • Welcome and greet all guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
  • Background and drug screening may be required per state and local requirements.
  • Active, in‑good‑standing professional real‑estate license where mandated.
  • One year of related experience preferred.
  • Physical ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; continuity standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
