We are seeking an enthusiastic and self‑motivated Fitness Front Desk Attendant to join our award‑winning team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, fitness, and creating a welcoming environment for guests, we’d love to meet you!

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Keep the athletic club clean, organized, and sanitized
• Manage class registrations, pool reservations, and memberships using our computer system
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Process sales of memberships, retail items, and guest passes
• Communicate resort policies clearly and courteously to guests

• Outgoing, approachable personality with excellent guest service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfort with computer systems and multitasking
• A team player who enjoys helping others

Start Date: 02/05/2026

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $20/ hour

Schedule: 5-10pm Weekends

Job Closing Date: 2/27/2026 or when filled

Successful candidates are at least 18 years of age and should bring strong communication and customer service skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment. Reliability, attention to detail, and multitasking are essential, along with a positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.,

stand and walk for extended periods, move equipment, set up and take down pool lanes, and clear snow from pool furniture in the winter. Candidates should also be willing to participate in or observe fitness classes to fully understand their essence. Demonstrated guest service skills are required, previous fitness club experience is preferred, and basic computer proficiency is expected.
