Overview

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a service-oriented Guest Experience Driver with excellent interpersonal skills who thrive in a guest-focused environment. If you enjoy creating memorable experiences while ensuring smooth and efficient transportation, we would love to meet you!

As a Guest Experience Driver
, you will transport guests to and from designated locations on schedule while maintaining the cleanliness of Westin vehicles. You’ll provide valuable local insights, assist guests with equipment such as skis and strollers, and use professional etiquette to enhance their experience. Working collaboratively with other departments, you’ll help exceed guest expectations by performing tasks efficiently and assisting as needed. Additionally, you’ll uphold company safety and security policies, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and employees, while participating in all required Marriott and East West Resorts training.

• Must be 25 years or older
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in guest transportation or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-volume or time-sensitive situations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local area attractions and resort amenities preferred.
