• Check guests in and out.
• Address guest requests and respond to maintenance and housekeeping needs.
• Provide concierge services to enhance their stay.
• Assist in training other team members.
• Support the general manager with time‑sensitive projects.
• Help ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $23 per hour; commissions through concierge program will vary based on vendor structure

Schedule: Varies depending on business demand, includes weekends and holidays

The successful candidate will be an internal candidate who is at least 21 years of age and is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They will have a positive attitude, a polished professional demeanor, and top‑notch customer service skills. Knowledge of RDP reservation software and strong computer skills are a must.
