Full-time — 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri, On call on Weekends
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties across the property. This role requires the ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours outdoors in diverse weather conditions. Teamwork幻within different departments and with other staff is essential for success. The position offers a rewarding experience with opportunities for advancement.
Required Experience- High School Diploma, GED, or some college credits from a technical school; or one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in all aspects of apartment maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, and appliance repair; experience with drywall repairs and painting is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondences.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Operate various types of tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other team members.
- Identify and report broken equipment or uncertain conditions to the department supervisor.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and safe condition that meets safety regulations.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required.
- Maintain a positive customer‑service attitude in interactions with staff and property residents.
This position entails standing for long periods of time. Employees are required to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle keyboards, telephone, paper, files, and other equipment. The employee may occasionally reach with hands and arms, review detailed documents, read computer screens, and lift or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others.
The noise level is moderate. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
