** What You'll Do
*** Operate finishing and boxing equipment while ensuring proper labeling procedures.
* Deburr, buff, and polish components according to part prints, routing instructions, and bills of materials.
* Sort and rework non-conforming parts as needed; notify supervisors of defective product.
* Bag and box finished products in line with established quality standards.
* Monitor parts for quality defects during operation.
* Follow safe working practices and utilize personal protective equipment at all times.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of work areas per established procedures.
* Complete daily labor cards and other required documentation accurately and timely.
* Develop skills for multiple production cells as needed and support team members efficiently.
* Operate with a sense of urgency when required and demonstrate respectful behavior toward all employees.
** What You'll Need
*** High school diploma or GED.
* Basic computer and math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; fractions and decimals).
* Ability to read and understand instructions, blueprints, correspondence, and quality forms.
* Safely operate finishing equipment, hand tools, scales, and tape machines.
* Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 40 pounds regularly.
* Close vision and ability to adjust focus.
* Knowledge of safety procedures, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
* Attention to detail, teamwork, and professionalism.
