Overview
Aurelia Behavioral Academy is a growing, mission-driven company dedicated to supporting autistic children and their families through high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As an RBT®, you’ll work one-on-one with children to help them build communication, independence, and daily living skills.

When, Where, & Pay- When
:
Monday–Friday, 2–4 hour sessions between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM - Where
: A mix of in-home and center-based sessions in the Cleveland/Avon Lake, Ohio area - Pay
: $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience and certification
- Work directly with autistic children to implement individualized behavior plans
- Use evidence-based strategies to build play, communication, and life skills
- Collect accurate data to track client progress
- Receive guidance and supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)
- Engage with families and caregivers respectfully and supportively
- Paid Training
– New to ABA? We’ll help you complete your 40-hour RBT® training and support you through the certification process - Small & Growing Team

– Get experience in both center-based and home settings, gaining flexibility and variety in your day-to-day
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check and provide references
- Physically able to sit, stand, run, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform CPR if needed
- Completion of (or willingness to complete) the 40-hour RBT® training within 30 days of hire
