Director of Nursing

As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will lead the clinical team to deliver the highest quality care for our residents. You will build relationships with residents, families, physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate personalized care, collaborate with community leadership, mentor staff, and ensure resident and family satisfaction.

• Manage day‑to‑day clinical services to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and maintain high‑quality care as needs change.
• Supervise and coach licensed nurses and direct‑care staff.
• Determine the required skill level based on community complexity and regulatory requirements.

• Valid state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) required.
• Driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
