Adecco is hiring for a Receiving & Inventory Clerk!
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role in North Austin.
Position: Receiving & Inventory Clerk
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Location: North Austin, TX 78753
(North side of the building, halfway down the center of the building)

Role Overview:
The Receiving & Inventory Clerk is responsible for processing incoming shipments, accurately recording received materials, and supporting daily inventory control activities. This role ensures all products are documented, stored, and tracked properly to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and check deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists
- Record quantities, verify product accuracy, and report discrepancies
- Label and route received materials to proper storage locations
- Update inventory records in WMS or internal systems
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Identify inventory inaccuracies and report trends
- Maintain organized, safe, and accessible storage areas
- Assist with stocking, organizing, and general warehouse upkeep
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams
- Use basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, scanners)
- Maintain logs for received materials and inventory adjustments
- Prepare simple reports as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse clerical work preferred (manufacturing/engineering environment ideal)
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Able to operate forklift and pallet jack
Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
